Biography:

Diego Boneta was born on November 29, 1990 in Mexico City, Mexico. Though he began acting in the early 2000s, his acting career took off by starring on the Mexican telenovela from 2005 to 2006. During this time, he released his debut album called Diego, which was released in Mexico, Chile and Brazil. The second album called Indigo was released in 2008. He made his American debut in 2010 after appearing on the TV show Zeke & Luther.

He also became known for his recurring roles in Pretty Little Liars and 90210. In 2011, he starred in the TV movie Mean Girls 2 and made his cinematic debut in the movie Rock of Ages where he played a starring role the following year. He also became known for his starring role in the short-lived series Underemployed. As of 2015, he stars as Pete Martinez in the new series Scream Queens. He will star in the upcoming thriller film City of Dead Men.
