Biography:

Diego Klattenhoff was born on November 30, 1979 in French River, Nova Scotia, Canada. When he was 19, he relocated to Toronto to become an actor. While studying in theater workshops, he supported himself as a bartender. In 2001, he made his television debut in 2 episodes of Doc. In 2004, he made his big-screen debut in Mean Girls. His next roles were in Cube Zero and Ice Princess.

He also had notable roles in the shows At the Hotel, Whistler, and Men in Trees. From 2009 to 2010, he starred as Mike Callahan in Mercy. He later starred as Mike Faber in Homeland. In 2013, he began playing the role of Donald Ressler in The Blacklist. He’s also appeared in the films Pacific Rim and Lavender.
