Bollywood star Disha Patani had her career beginnings in 2015. She had her first role in the Telugu film Loafer. The following year, she made her Hindi debut in the film M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story. For her role here, she won the Best Female Debut Award at the International Indian Film Academy Awards. She was also nominated for Best Supporting Actress.

That same year, she appeared in the music video of the song “Befikra”. In 2017, Patani starred in the Chinese film Kung Fu Yoga, after which she had a cameo appearance in Welcome to New York. More recently, she had starring performances in the feature films Baaghi 2 and Bharat. For her role in the former, she was nominated for the Lux Golden Rose Breakthrough Beauty Of The Year at the Lux Golden Rose Awards. The actress has three upcoming Hindi films next year: Malang, KTina, and Radhe.

Apart from her diet plan, Disha Patani stays fit and healthy by sticking to her workout routine. She has since incorporated exercise into her lifestyle, making it easier for her to find the motivation she needs to work out. In an interview, she shared the nature of her fitness regimen.

“I work out everyday and my routine usually involves cardio in the mornings, like dancing, kick boxing or gymnastics, and weight training in the evenings. I supplement that with a protein-carbs diet,” said the actress. Before working out, she also makes sure she eats something that’s rich in proteins like eggs. “After exercising, it is good to add protein again, either through chicken, eggs or paneer,” she added.
