Dylan Walsh is a Hollywood actor. He started his career in the late 1980s. His first role was in the 1989 film Loverboy. He next starred on the TV film When We Were Young. In the ’90s, he had roles in the movies Betsy’s Wedding, Where the Heart Is, Arctic Blue, Congo, and Final Voyage. He also starred as Louis Klein on the TV series Gabriel’s Fire and as Officer Jimmy Doyle on Brooklyn South. In the 2000s, he gained mainstream fame thanks to his portrayal of Dr. Sean McNamara on the FX series Nip/Tuck. He played the said role from 2003 to 2010. In the 2010s, he was best known for starring as Al Burns on the CBS series Unforgettable. He recently starred as Peter Abbott on the short-lived show Life Sentence. In addition, he played David Harris in the 2009 remake of The Stepfather.
