Biography:

Ed Skrein was born on March 29, 1983 in London Borough of Camden, London, UK. Prior to acting, he started his career as a recording artist, releasing an EP containing three tracks in 2004. Three years later, he was able to release his first album called The Eat Up. In 2008, he made his acting debut in a short film. A couple of years later, he appeared in the film Ill Manors released in 2012.

That same year, he appeared in the movie The Sweeney. He then started a career on television, appearing in three episodes in The Tunnel and portraying Daario Naharis in also three episodes of Game of Thrones, earning him recognition among mainstream audiences. After acting in the films Northmen: A Viking Saga and Tiger House, he found further success as a cinematic actor for playing Frank Martin, a role previously played by Jason Statham in the new Transporter reboot, The Transporter: Refueled.
