Biography:

Ed Westwick was born on June 27, 1987 in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, England. He attended North Hertfordshire College and later trained at the National Youth Theatre in London.

His career started with appearances in such British shows as Casualty and Afterlife. He went on to star in films, including Breaking and Entering, Children of Men and Son of Rambow.

In 2007, he made his breakthrough as Chuck Bass in the teen drama series Gossip Girl. He was named one of 2008’s Sexiest Men Alive by People magazine as a result of the show’s success.
