Biography:

Eric Szmanda was born on July 24, 1975. He graduated from Carroll University when he was 19. Afterward, he attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. In 1998, he made his acting debut with a starring role on the short-lived series The Net. He later made guest roles on Zoe, Duncan, Jack & Jane and FreakyLinks.

In 2000, he made his film debut in 100 Girls. At the same time, he got the role of Greg Sanders on the CBS series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. He starred on the show its entire run until 2015 for 15 seasons. Simultaneously, he had roles in the movies The Rules of Attraction, Little Athens, as well as in a couple of TV films.
