The actress stays in shape by sticking to a healthy diet. She stays away from processed foods and focuses on clean, whole foods instead. For protein, she prefers fish than meat. “I haven’t eaten red meat or pork since I was in the 6th grade. We eat a lot of fish around here,” said the actress.
