Frank Whaley is an American actor. He started acting in 1987, debuting in the film Ironweed. He later gained notice for his role as Archie Graham in Field of Dreams. In 1991, he portrayed Robby Krieger in Oliver Stone’s The Doors. He next played Brett in Quentin Tarantino’s Pulp Fiction. On television, he first starred as Bob Jones in the crime drama series Buddy Faro. Between 2003 and 2004, he played Christopher Wey in The Dead Zone. During this period, he also had notable roles in the films The Jimmy Show, World Trade Center, The Hottest State, and Cherry Crush. In 2013, he had recurring role as Van Miller in Ray Donovan. He went on to star as Harry Markopolos in the miniseries Madoff. From 2016 to 2018, he starred as Detective Rafael Scarfe in Netflix’s Luke Cage. He recently appeared in the 2019 film Hustlers.
