The 46-year-old actress stays in shape by following a clean diet plan and drinking lots of water. “If you can replace sugary drinks, or coffee, with water, you’re still ahead of the game,” she said. She also incorporates vegetables into her meals every day. She said she has at least two servings of veggies daily like lettuce, spinach, kale, and swiss chard. On the other hand, she also knows that denying herself of food isn’t a good idea. So, she allows herself to indulge her cravings just as long as she doesn’t have too much. She admitted: “If I want cupcakes, cookies, or a short stack, I don’t deny myself. And I certainly don’t deny myself bacon!”
