Garret Dillahunt is an American actor. His acting career began in the 1990s. During his early years, he appeared on the shows One Life to Live, NYPD Blue, and The X-Files, among others. His first main role was on the short-lived series Leap Years. Afterwards, he starred on another short-lived show A Minute with Stan Hooper. He then became known for his recurring roles as Matthew Ross on The 4400, Francis Wolcott on Deadwood, and as Steve Curtis on ER. He next joined the main cast of the show The Book of Daniel. He next starred as John Henry on Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. In the 2010s, he mostly became known for his role as Burt Chance on Raising Hope. In the 2010s, he starred as KD on Hand of God. As of 2015, he stars as Dr. Jody Kimball-Kinney on The Mindy Project.
