The actress is in her 30s, so at this period of her life she knows how important it is to maintain a healthy lifestyle. She does so by trying her best to be physically active. She also makes sure she mostly eats healthy meals. Occasionally she allows herself to indulge her cravings a bit. She said in an interview: “I do indulge in calorie-rich foods once in a while when I feel like it, but if I do, I make sure I do not eat them again for the next 10 days. This helps me maintain a healthy diet.”
When asked about her diet regimen, she has the following to say:
“I usually start my day with a big bowl of muesli in cold milk followed by a fruit or dry fruits.
For lunch I stick to a chicken salad or dal, chicken gravy, rice and vegetables. I try to eat as wholesome meals as I can. In the evenings I prefer having poha, home-made pancakes or any such snack which does not have too much oil but at the same time is high on the taste meter. I also can’t do without my evening tea. Around 7 pm I again eat a fruit and if I am hungry, I have dinner by 8 pm which is similar to what I have for lunch. Usually my diet is high on protein but I do not cut out carbs completely.”
