Geena Davis is an American actress. She started her Hollywood career in the 1980s. During this period, she had notable roles in the films The Fly and Beetlejuice. She was also acclaimed for her performance in The Accidental Tourist, for which she won an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress. In the ’90s, she starred in the movies Thelma & Louise, A League of Their Own, The Long Kiss Goodnight, and Stuart Little. In the 2000s, she also became known for her work on television.
