Hollywood star Grace Phipps debuted in 2011 — as Amy Tiffany Martin in the short-lived ABC Family series The Nine Lives of Chloe King. That same year, she also made her cinematic debut in the horror film Prom Night. Afterward, she played a recurring role as April Young in The Vampire Diaries from 2012 to 2013. After this, she played Megan in the sitcom Baby Daddy between 2013 and 2015.
Simultaneously, she appeared as Lela in the Disney Channel Original Movie Teen Beach Movie. Phipps then had one-time roles in the TV shows Supernatural, Austin & Ally, Hawaii Five-0, and CSI: Cyber. In 2015, she played Mona Wilson in the feature film Dark Summer. She next had performances in the films Some Kind of Hate and Tales of Halloween.
Also, she reprised her role as Lela in Teen Beach 2. The actress became further known for playing Young Mandy Greenwell in the Fox series Scream Queens. More recently, Phipps starred as Sgt Lilly in the Syfy series Z Nation, which she starred in from 2018 to 2018. Her most recent work was in the 2019 film The Lost Weekend. As a singer, Phipps recorded songs for Teen Beach movies’ soundtracks.
The actress stays healthy by trying her best to follow a clean, balanced diet. While she still has cravings every now and then, Phipps makes sure she indulges in her guilty pleasures only occasionally. As part of her regular diet plan, she instead focuses on eating proteins. She avoids red meat; instead, she prefers lean proteins from fish and chicken. She also eats lots of salads, mostly veggies, when eating her meals. For breakfast, it’s usually whole-grain cereals or a bowl of oatmeal with fruits. If she wants a big meal, she’d do it at lunchtime as she prefers to have a lighter meal at night. She also snacks on smoothies, nuts, fruits, and yogurts to keep her feeling full for longer.
