The first time I ever dieted was after Winter was born and I knew I was going right back to work. I did the Chefs Diet or the Zone. It was pretty interesting. It was very effective, but I couldn’t eat like that forever. It made me aware of a different way to think about food. I did feel good when I was doing it. I must say though, you can’t take the bread away from the girl!”
