Biography:

Hal Ozsan was born on 26 October 1976 in Famagusta, Cyprus. He grew up in England but moved to the US in te 1990s to pursue a career in acting. In this early years, he had one-time roles in such shows as Felicity, Jesse, Providence, and Nash Bridges, among others. He later became known for his role as Todd Carr in Dawson’s Creek.

On the big screen, he made his film debut with a small role in 2002’s Simone. He next appeared in the television movie Helter Skelter. He later had roles in the films Caffeine and Redline. He also starred in the miniseries Fallen and played Michael Cassidy in Kyle XY. In 2010, he played Miles Cannon in 90210. He went on to have recurring roles in The Blacklist, Impastor, Graceland, and Jessica Jones. Recently, he played Ryan Porter in NCIS: New Orleans.
