Heather Burns is an American actress whose career started in the late ’90s. She first appeared in the soap opera One Life to Live. In 1998, she made her first cinematic role as Christina in the romantic comedy film You’ve Got Mail. She gained wider recognition when she played Miss Rhode Island in the action-comedy film Miss Congeniality. After this, she had a supporting role in Two Weeks Notice. She then reprised her role in Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous. Shortly after, Burns had performances in the films The Groomsmen, Watching the Detectives, and Breaking Upwards. On TV, she starred in the short-lived shows Twenty Good Years and Bored to Death.
