Biography:

Henry Golding was born on 5 February 1987 in Sarawak, Malaysia. He lived in England but returned to Malaysia to pursue an acting career. He then started his career in Malaysia in the 2000s, first appearing in the TV series The 8TV Quickie. His first movie role was in Pisau Cukur. In the 2010s, he landed hosting jobs in some shows before getting a regular work with BBC’s The Travel Show.

In 2018, he came to prominence for playing Nick Young in the Hollywood film Crazy Rich Asians. That same year, he had a supporting role in the film A Simple Favor. He later had performances in the movies Monsoon, Last Christmas, and The Gentlemen. Golding recently landed the titular character in the upcoming superhero film Snake Eyes.
