Hero Fiennes Tiffin was born on 6 November 1997 in London, England. His professional acting career started in 2008, appearing in the British film Bigga Than Ben. He next appeared as Tom Riddle in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. He continued acting in the 2010s with the 2012 movie Private Peaceful.

His next roles were in the indie films Possession With Intent To Supply and ERDEM X H&M The Secret Life of Flowers. On television, he first played Ioan Fuller in some episodes of the TV series Safe.
