After her stint in White Collar, she had recurring roles in Grey’s Anatomy, Hostages, Forever, and Extant. Her latest role is as Karen Palmer in Lethal Weapon.
The 35-year-old actress has always been active in her lifestyle. Now that she’s in her 30s and a mother of one, she strives to be more active in her fitness regimen. Talking about her post-baby weight loss routine, the actress talked about the importance of walking daily. She said: “I mean it’s good for your body just to walk and you know it’s good for your head just to take thirty minutes a day and go for walk, look around. I think it makes you more aware of your surroundings and you know, you interact with people, and you just can be quiet for a little. I think quiet is something we often lose.”
Aside from this, she also relies on DVDs for keeping in shape. She prefers working at home rather than going to the gym. She said: “They’re cheap, you have privacy, and there’s no need to leave the house.” As for doing yoga, she admitted she’s not into it, saying: “I’m not cool-I’ve never done yoga”. The actress said she got this habit from her mother. She revealed: “I grew up watching my mom do workout videos.”
