Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan started his career in the 1980s as a child performer. His father being filmmaker Rakesh Roshan made this more so. He got his major break in the 2000s with his first lead role in the film Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai. This was followed by strong performances in Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham… and Fiza. His fame was cemented with the 2003 film Koi… Mil Gaya. For his role here, he received the Filmfare Awards for Best Actor and Best Actor – Critics. He next starred in the box office hit Krrish and its sequel Krrish 3. Other mainstream roles include Dhoom 2, Jodhaa Akbar, and Guzaarish. He continued his successful movie career in the 2010s. During this period, he starred in Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, Agneepath, and Bang Bang!.
The 43-year-old actor takes care of his body and overall health by being careful of what he eats. He mostly follows a nutritional diet plan in order to stay healthy and fit. With regular workouts, he’s able to appear lean, ripped, and strong all at the same time. In an interview, the actor revealed his normal diet every day. For breakfast, he usually has protein shake, four egg whites a brown bread with multivitamins.
For lunch, he said he has 50 to 60 grams of chicken breast along with steamed/ stir fry veggies. He’d particularly fond of eating broccoli. Throughout the day he consumes 8-10 egg whites, following an interval of two hours between every meal. For his last meal at night, he has 60 to 17 grams roasted fish or chicken breast partnered with steamed/ stir fry veggies. Because he also eats between meals, he eats around six meals per day. He also has protein shake every after his training session at the gym. His in-between meals are mostly protein-based ones such as omelet/ egg whites/ scrambled eggs. What’s his indulgence when it comes to food? He said it’s chocolates!
