Biography:
Hunter Parrish was born on May 13, 1987 in Richmond, Virginia, United States. He began acting on television with his debut in The Guardian in 2003. The following year, he made his first movie appearance in Sleepover. After appearing in an episode of Summerland in 2005, he became widely known for his starring role as Silas Botwin in the acclaimed series Weeds.
He played the said role until 2012, garnering him widespread recognition. Simultaneously, he appeared as a guest star in such shows as In Justice, Close to Home, and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, among others. In 2013, he played the recurring role of Jeffrey Grant in The Good Wife. He’s also appeared in such films as Freedom Writers, 17 Again, Paper Man, and It’s Complicated in the late 2000s. In 2014, he played the role of Tom in Still Alice.
