Hollywood actor Isaiah Mustafa first gained recognition as the lead in the series of Old Spice television commercials. In 2005, he made his cinematic debut in the film The Island. He next appeared in the movie Even Money, as well as made a small role in the TV movie Football Wives. He next had guest appearances in Ugly Betty, Days of Our Lives, NCIS: Los Angeles, Eli Stone, and NCIS.

He next played Richard “Rick” Noble in Chuck. That same time, he had roles in the films Madea’s Big Happy Family and Horrible Bosses. Mustafa subsequently starred in the movies The Three Stooges, Crush, and Back in the Day. He simultaneously guest-starred in Hot in Cleveland, Love Bites, Femme Fatales, Charlie’s Angels, Nikita, and Anger Management. The actor also starred in the television movie Rags.

He continued guest-starring in various shows, such as Sirens, Selfie, Kroll Show, and Baby Daddy. He went on to star in the independent films Girl Flu and After the Reality. From 2016 to 2019, Mustafa starred as Lucian “Luke” Garroway in the Freeform series Shadowhunters. Following this, he starred as Mike Hanlon in the 2019 hororr film It Chapter Two. He also appeared as himself in an episode of Total Divas.

At age 46, Isaiah Mustafa still got what it takes fitness-wise. Originally, he kept his body in shape by playing sports like football and just simply staying active. He has since learned he needed to work harder in order to improve his shape and strength. “I went on Instagram and found some trainer named Dickerson Ross who was doing chest exercises I’d never seen,” said the actor recalling how he found his trainer. Apart from his fitness regimen, the actor also swears by yoga, which he credits for substantially improving his overall health. “Yoga is the best thing in the world. I sleep better. I eat better. The sex is better. Instagram and yoga are the answer to everything,” he said.
