Ivanka Trump was born on October 30, 1981 in New York City, New York, United States. Her parents are Ivana Trump and business magnate Donald Trump.

She first studied at Georgetown University before transferring to the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania where she graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Economics.

In 1997, she appeared in her first magazine cover in an issue of Seventeen. She has also walked the runway for such fashion lines as Versace, Marc Bouwer and Thierry Mugler and appeared in her father’s television show The Apprentice in 2006.
