Biography:

Jacob Young was born on September 10, 1979 in Renton, Washington, U.S.. In 1997, he made his acting debut after landing the role of Rick Forrester on the soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful. He stayed on the show until 1999. Afterwards, he starred as Lucky Spencer on General Hospital, playing said part until 2003.

Subsequently, he starred as JR Chandler on another soap All My Children, staying on the show from 2003 to 2011. After his role here ended, he returned to The Bold and the Beautiful, reprising his role as Rick Forrester. He’s still on the show up to present. In 2004, he made his cinematic debut in the romantic comedy film The Girl Next Door.
