Jamey Sheridan is an American actor. His career spans over three decades, initially appearing in the 1980s films Distant Thunder and The House on Carroll Street. In the ’90s, he landed roles in such movies as Stanley & Iris, All I Want for Christmas, Quick Change, and A Stranger Among Us, to name a few. He also starred as Jack Shannon in the TV series Shannon’s Deal and Dr. John Sutton in the CBS medical drama Chicago Hope. In the 2000s, Sheridan became best known for starring as Captain James Deakins in Law & Order: Criminal Intent. After this, he played Dr. Joseph Saviano in NBC’s Trauma. He went on to play Vice President William Walden in Showtime’s Homeland. He’s also widely known for his role as Robert Queen in Arrow.
