Biography:
Jane Seymour was born on February 15, 1951 in Hayes, Middlesex, England, UK. She made her acting debut in an uncredited role with the 1969 feature Oh! What a Lovely War. This was followed by credited parts in the films The Best Pair of Legs in the Business and Young Winston.
In 1973, she gained international notoriety for her role as Bond girl Solitaire in the James Bond feature Live and Let Die. She has since starred in other mainstream films including Sinbad and the Eye of the Tiger and Battlestar Galactica.
She then starred in the made-for-television film East of Eden where she portrayed the antagonist Cathy Ames, winning her a Golden Globe Award.
