Biography:
Janhvi Kapoor was born on 6 March 1997 in Mumbai, India. Her parents are actress Sridevi and the film producer Boney Kapoor. She went to California to attend Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute where she trained in acting. In 2018, she made her acting debut playing the role of Parthavi Singh Rathore in te film Dhadak.
For her performance, she was noticed and won the Zee Cine Award for Best Female Debut. This year, she landed more roles. She starred as Sameera in the Netflix anthology series Ghost Stories. She then made a special appearance in the movie Angrezi Medium. Kapoor then played the titular character in the Hindi film Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl, which aired on Netflix. She has a few upcoming movie roles as well.
