Indian actress Jasmin Bhasin started her professional acting career in the 2010s. She made her film debut in the 2011 Tamil movie Vaanam. Later in 2014, she had roles in the Kannada film Karodpathi, Malayalam films Beware of Dogs, and Telugu films Dillunnodu and Veta. She also starred in another Telugu movie called Ladies & Gentlemen.
Shortly after, she gained wider recognition in India for her role as Twinkle Taneja in the TV drama Tashan-E-Ishq. Following this, she starred in the Tamil film Jil Jung Juk. She then cemented her television career with her role as Teni in the drama series Dil Se Dil Tak. The actress joined the reality show Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 9 afterward.
She returned to TV drama with the show Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji in 2019. Bhasin subsequently starred in the show Naagin: Bhagya Ka Zehreela Khel. She appeared as a contestant again in the reality series Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi – Made in India this year.
Jasmin Bhasin stays healthy by being mindful of her eating habits. She cannot completely cut unhealthy foods from her diet so she decides to have a cheat day once a week. “I love food and I cannot resist my love for unhealthy food,” said the actress. As for her diet tricks, she always starts her day drinking warm water with lemon. “I started having chlorophyll water which is very good for your liver and your skin, I start my day with that,” she shared.
Overall, the key thing for her as far as her diet is concerned is balance. She explained: “I try to balance my meal by cheating once in a week because I love to eat things which are unfortunately unhealthy so to keep myself happy and healthy, I cheat once a week. As for her guilty pleasures? She has five: “Butter chicken, Pizza, Spaghetti Meatballs, mango and malai ice-cream, and jalebis.”
