Biography:
Jason Clarke was born on July 17, 1969 in Winton, Queensland, Australia. He began his acting career on Australian TV, appearing in such shows as Home and Away, White Collar Blue, and Stingers. His first major role on the small screen would be his part as Tommy Caffee in Brotherhood (2006-2008). He has also acted in several films, but only garnered notice recently.
In 2010, he has appeared in the films Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps and Trust. He then played a significant role in the 2012 film Zero Dark Thirty. In 2013, he starred as George Wilson in The Great Gatsby and portrayed the main antagonist in White House Down. The following year, he got a starring role, playing Malcolm in Dawn of the Planet of the Apes.
