Biography:

Jenna Fischer was born on March 7, 1974 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA. She attended Truman State University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in theatre, as well as a minor in journalism.

She began her career working in professional theatre. She struggled to break into film and television and it took her three years before landing her first televised speaking role in Spin City.

In 2005, she landed the role of Pam Beesly in what would become the NBC hit, The Office. For her role as Pam, she received an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series in 2007.
