In an interview, she talked about how she practices beauty inside and out. One of the thngs she does to avoid getting bored in her workout routine is mix her exercises up. She said: “I’ve been a runner since grade school, so that’s always been a part of my routine. I like trying new workouts like Physique 57 and SoulCycle to keep it fresh.”
As to her place of fitness, she said: “I will say that if you pick a good gym, for example I go to Equinox; there is an element to it that is spa-like. I think if you can afford to invest in a nicer gym, you will go more often.” Of course, Jennifer knows that it’s hard to maintain one’s motivation to keep on going. So her advice? “There comes a point when you push through the wall and what was once hard becomes easy. Fitness should not be added pressure; it’s something you should be doing for yourself.”
