Beginning her career as a child performer, Jennifer Winget debuted in the film Akele Hum Akele Tum in 1995. She later had a role in the 1997 film Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat. Her career grew more prolific in the 2000s. During this period, she landed parts in such movies as Raja Ko Rani Se Pyar Ho Gaya and Kuch Naa Kaho. She simultaneously started her career on the small screen as well. Her first TV role was as Piya in Shaka Laka Boom Boom.
She gained wider recognition for portraying Sneha Bajaj in Star Plus’ Kasautii Zindagii Kay. She went on to star in the soap opera Sangam with her character Ganga Bhatia garnering her further fame. Venturing into reality television, she was a contestant in Zara Nach Ke Dikha 1. The actress got into hosting with Dekh India Dekh and Laughter Ke Phatke.
In the 2010s, she had several hosting gigs with Zara Nach Ke Dikha 2, Comedy Ka Maha Muqabala, and Nachle Ve with Saroj Khan. When it comes to her health and fitness, it’s all about balance and moderation for Jennifer Winget. She eats well, doesn’t do any crash diets, and makes an effort to exercise on a regular basis. While she’s an active person with numerous physical activities that keep her nimble, she takes it easy as far as her fitness regimen is concerned.
As a matter of fact, she doesn’t follow one. She just does whatever she feels like her body needs. In general, she swears by yoga, so that’s something that’s part of her workout. She also likes Pilates and only hits the gym for a light workout.
