Biography:

Jesse Eisenberg was born on October 5, 1983 in New York City, New York, USA. He had applied and was accepted to New York University, but deferred enrollment due to a film commitment.

He then made his screen debut in the TV series Get Real, playing the role of Kenny Green from 1999 to 2000. He went on to have his first lead role in 2002 with the film Roger Dodger.

In 2009, he starred in the horror comedy Zombieland where he received critical acclaim. The following year, he played Mark Zuckerberg in Social Network, for which he received an Oscar nomination for Best Actor.
