Jesse McCartney is an American singer-songwriter and actor. His acting career started in the late 1990s as JR Chandler on the soap opera All My Children. For his work here, he won a Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a Daytime Series by a Young Actor. He then starred as Bradin Westerly on the short-lived series Summerland. In 2004, he ventured into singing, releasing his debut album Beautiful Soul. He has since released other albums: Right Where You Want Me (2006), Departure (2008), and his latest work In Technicolor in 2014. He returned to acting full-time in the 2010s where he was the voice of Dick Grayson on Young Justice. His next role was as Tim Truman on Army Wives. He recently starred as Cooper Finley on Young & Hungry.
