Biography:

Jessica Brown Findlay was born on September 14, 1989 in Cookham, Berkshire, England, UK. She first became known for her role as Rachel in the television series Misfits.

She gained wider recognition when she played Lady Sybil Branson née Crawley in Downtown Abbey from 2010 to 2012. She went on to star as Emelia Conan-Doyle in the 2011 film Albatross, for which she was nominated for the Most Promising Newcomer award at the British Independent Film Awards.

She also starred as Abi Khan in the series Black Mirror, as Alais Pelletier Du Mas in the miniseries Labyrinth and as Mary Yellan in Jamaica Inn.
