Jessica Szohr was born on March 31, 1985 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA. She began modeling at the age of six, and had her first national campaign for Quaker Oats at the age of 10.

As an actress, she has guest starred in several television shows, including That’s So Raven, Drake & Josh, What I Like About You, Joan of Arcadia and CSI: Miami.

She then landed a major recurring role as Laura in the ABC television series What About Brian. Her breakthrough role, however, was in the hit CW teen drama series Gossip Girl, where she played the role of Vanessa Abrams.
