It was in 2003 that actress Jill Wagner got her career start, appearing in some episodes of the show Punk’d. She next made one-episode roles in the shows Dr. Vegas, Monk, and Quintuplets. She later made her film debut with a small role in Junebug. Her first starring role on the small screen was as Krista Starr in the short-lived series Blade: The Series. She next appeared as Larrin in Stargate Atlantis.
She became widely known when she started co-hosting the program Wipeout for its seasons 1-4 and 6-7. In the 2010s, she played recurring character Kate Argent in Teen Wolf. She also starred in the 2014 film Road to Paloma. Her latest movie was in 2018’s Braven. Since 2015, she has also been hosting the show Handcrafted America. Additionally, she’s starred in a couple of Hallmark movies, such as Autumn Dreams and A Harvest Wedding.
You can count on the former Wipeout host to maintain her svelte and toned figure by working out on a regular basis. In an interview with Shape, the actress and host got candid about her healthy habits. Sharing about her usual workout routine, she revealed:
“At the gym, I do full-body circuits with low weights and high repetitions, as well as four or five cardio intervals thrown into the mix. I put a lot of emphasis on core strength and flexibility training. I also do a lot of running in my free time. Anytime I can move my cardio outside in the sunshine, I do.” In another interview, she was noted for saying:
“I try to [exercise] every day because it makes me feel really good and I enjoy it. Working out isn’t work – it’s my time to get away from everything – to listen to my music, think and get my ducks in a row. I take my dog hiking every day. He and I need it, and I love to be outside.”
