Biography:
Jim Parrack was born on February 8, 1981 in Allen, Texas, USA. He relocated to Los Angeles in 2001 to pursue a career in acting. There, he trained at The Stella Adler Academy. A couple of years later, he made his film debut in 2006’s Annapolis. He next appeared in the movie Finishing the Game.
In the next following years, he had one-time roles in Monk, ER, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Grey’s Anatomy, and Close to Home. From 2008 to 2014, he gained wider recognition for his role as Hoyt Fortenberry in True Blood. He simultaneously had roles in the films Battle: Los Angeles, Child of God, and Fury, among others. In 2016, he played Jonny Frost in the movie Suicide Squad. On TV, he recently played Russell in The Deuce.
