Biography:

Joanna Vanderham was born on 18 October 1991 in Perth, Scotland. She attended Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama where she studied acting. In 2011, she made her debut on the miniseries The Runaway, followed by another role on Young James Herriot. She later had her first movie role in What Maisie Knew.

Her next acting gigs were one-episode roles on Above Suspicion: Silent Scream and Marple: Endless Night. She later became known for starring as Denise Lovett on the TV series The Paradise. She then starred in the TV film The Go-Between, as well as in the miniseries One of Us. In 2017, she appeared in one episode of Man in an Orange Shirt.
