Biography:
John Cusack was born on June 28, 1966 in Evanston, Illinois, United States. After high school, he attended New York University, though for only a year and went on to start an acting career. Some time in the 1980s, he gained recognition for his roles in the movies One Crazy Summer, Stand By Me and Sixteen Candles, his success furthered by his performance in the movie Say Anything…..
He continued his film success in the 1990s with True Colors, The Grifters, Con Air, and Grosse Pointe Blank, the last of which he also served as the co-writer and producer. In 1999, he starred in the acclaimed movie Being John Malkovich. He then performed in romance and romantic comedies like in America’s Sweethearts and Serendipity. Some of this projects in the 2000s are Must Love Dogs, Adaptation, 1408 and 2012. His most recent movie is 2016’s Cell.
