Biography:
Josh Helman was born on 22 February 1986 in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia. In 2007, he started his professional acting career as Denni Maitland in Home and Away. At the same time, he made his film debut in All My Friends Are Leaving Brisbane. In 2010, he played the role of PFC Lew ‘Chuckler’ Juergens in the HBO miniseries The Pacific.
He went on to have roles in the movies Animal Kingdom, Jack Reacher, and Blinder. He gained further recognition for his role as William Stryker in X-Men: Days of Future Past. He reprised his role in the sequel X-Men: Apocalypse. He also appeared as Slit in Mad Max: Fury Road. This year, he played the titular character in the movie My Name Is Lenny. He’s also played Xander Beck in the series Wayward Pines.
