Josh Lawson is an Australian actor whose career started in the 1990s. He first appeared in the TV series The Wayne Manifesto. He later starred in the miniseries The Day of the Roses. In 2002, he starred as Tony White in the Aussie show TwentyfourSeven, after which he had recurring roles in Home and Away and Blue Heelers. From 2006 to 2009, he starred in the comedy program Thank God You’re Here. He also played Toby “Chefo” Jones in the TV drama Sea Patrol. His next roles on TV were in The Librarians and Chandon Pictures. He pursued a career in the US during the 2010s, starring in the ABC series Romantically Challenged. Lawson then starred as Doug Guggenheim in Showtime’s House of Lies. Between 2015 and 2018, he played Tate Stasklewicz in NBC’s Superstore. He recently portrayed James Murdoch in the biographical drama Bombshell.
