Biography:

Josh Whitehouse was born on 27 February 1990 in the UK. He recently started his performing career on television in the 2010s. After several auditions, he finally got his first starring role as Lieutenant Hugh Armitage in the historical drama series Poldark. He was part of the show’s main cast from series 3-4.

In the movies, he first appeared in 2014’s Northern Soul. More recently, he starred in the Netflix film The Knight Before Christmas opposite Vanessa Hudgens. Whitehouse has some exciting upcoming projects. He’s set to star in the Valley Girl remake, as well as landed a starring role (still unannounced) in the upcoming Game of Thrones prequel series.
