Biography:

Joshua Jackson was born on June 11, 1978 in Vancouver, Canada. He began his career at a young age and rose to fame in his early teens after landing the role of Charlie in 1992’s The Mighty Ducks, a role he has since reprised in 1994’s D2: The Mighty Ducks and 1996’s D3: The Mighty Ducks. He then played Damon Brooks in the slasher film Urban Legend in 1998.

Also in 1998, he started playing the part of Pacey Witter in Dawson’s Creek, which got him international recognition. In the 2000s, he is best known for his starring role, playing Peter Bishop in Fringe, as well as in the movies The Safety of Objects, Cursed, Battle in Seattle, and Shutter. As of 2014, he stars as Cole Lockhart in The Affair.
