In an interview, Juhi Chawla’s fans were able to have a glimpse on how she takes care of herself. Her healthy habits actually begin in the morning, which makes it easier for her to continue making healthy choices throughout the day. “The first thing I do every morning is drink 3-4 glasses of water. I have been doing this since I was 15 years old,” said the actress.
She’s also big on meditation like yoga, and swears by doing daily stretches, which she considers an important part of her lifestyle. “I sit facing the morning sun and do all my stretches and yoga exercises. Some breathing exercises and meditation too. Every alternate day, I do pilates,” she shared.
