Julia Davis is an English actress and comedian. She started her career in the late 1990s with the comedy show Big Train. In 2000, she starred and co-created the black comedy series Human Remains. She next made her film debut in The Parole Officer. She later had roles in the movies Wilbur Wants to Kill Himself, Love Actually, AD/BC: A Rock Opera, and Sex Lives of the Potato Men. From 2004 to 2005, she played Jill Tyrell in the BBC sitcom Nighty Night. She next played Dawn Sutcliffe in the British sitcom Gavin & Stacey. In 2011, she guest-starred in an episode of Black Mirror “Fifteen Million Merits”. Afterward, she starred as Dorothy in Hunderby. Her recent work on television was as Emma in Sally4Ever.
