The actress stays in shape by following a healthy diet. She avoids processed foods, which she does effectively by preferring homemade meals over restaurant ones. She loves to cook because it allows her to choose what ingredients to put into her meals. “I’m able to eat healthy because I had to learn how to prepare healthier foods in a way that tastes good,” the television actress said. Some of her specialty meals are lemon garlic sea bass and spicy sweet potato fries. She also believes in the importance of moderation, so she takes it easy when indulging in her cravings.
