Biography:
Julie Delpy was born on December 21, 1969 in Paris, France. At the age of 14, she was featured in Jean-Luc Godard’s Detective. She graduated from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, and directed and wrote the short film Blah Blah Blah in 1995.
She has starred in several European and American productions, including The Three Musketeers, Killing Zoe and Three Colors: White, among others.
In 1995, she was named one of People Magazine’s “25 Most Beautiful People”. She has received three Cesar Awards, two Online Film Critics Society Awards, and an Academy Award over the course of her career.
