Biography:

Karen David was born on April 15, 1979 in Shillong, Meghalaya, India. She studied jazz and gospel at the Berklee College of Music in Boston and later moved to London to study at the Guildford School of Acting.

Her first film appearance was as Neeta in Bollywood Queen, while her television debut was in an episode of Holby City, playing the role of Eve Hotton.

She went on to make notable appearances in such movies as Provoked, The Scorpion King 2: Rise of a Warrior, The Colour of Magic, and Fight of Fury. She also became known as Francesca Montoya in the series Waterloo Road.
